Epcor - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Boardroom Enhancement Supply and Services

EPCOR would like to upgrade or enhance the video and audio equipment used in various boardrooms with the intent of implementing a hybrid (online/in-person) meeting solution, addressing shortcomings identified with the current configuration, and to evergreen equipment that is end of life and no longer supported by the vendor. EPCOR is seeking a service provider who, in collaboration with EPCOR, will develop a detailed end solution. EPCOR architects will provide input into the solution design and will be responsible for providing approval of the proposed final solution. Some of the boardroom have a standard configuration while other may require a more custom solution. In addition to providing the end solution and equipment, the successful proponent will also be required to: • provide the services required to install equipment • configure all replacement equipment (for Custom Rooms) • configure and/or program all interfaces • integrate with identified backend solutions • provide training for staff with respect to the units and supporting software • provide support for the solution post implementation (for Custom Rooms)
