Sacramento County Department of Transportation (SacDOT) will improve the intersections of Eschinger Road/Bruceville Road and Eschinger Road/Carroll Road. The improvements include widening the roadway pavement surface at the corner of the intersections to accommodate the movement of trucks with larger than normal turning radii. Additional improvements include realigning roadway ditches, extending or replacing cross drainage culverts, installation of drainage inlets and overside drains, relocating utility poles away from the intersections, delineating with pavement markings, and installation of no parking signage to facilitate areas for truck turns.
