NASA has awarded the Earth System Explorers Program (ESEP) Ocean Dynamics and Surface Exchange with the Atmosphere (ODYSEA) mission Phase A Concept Study to the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), of San Diego, California. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract that includes a 13-month base period with one 5-month option. The period of performance began September 25, 2024.
