The Department of Veterans Affairs, through its Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting a single Compact/Mini Excavator under a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a delivery window from May 27 to July 27, 2026. The equipment must be delivered FOB Destination to the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and must meet exacting specifications including an air-conditioned cab, hand controls, integrated display, digger bucket, integrated dozer blade, soft turf or rubber tracked undercarriage, swinging boom with full 360-degree rotation, hydraulic operation, a diesel engine with minimum 40 horsepower, a dig depth of at least 10 feet, a ground level reach of at least 15 feet, and a dump clearance of minimum 10 feet.
