To All Prospective Offerors, The Department of Transportation (DOT) has a requirement to acquire Executive Motor Coach transportation services. Attached is a Commercial Item Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation DTOS5915R00300. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 485510, Charter Bus Industry. Prospective Offerors are required to observe Section B, Schedule of Prices, Section B.1, Statement of Work; Section B.2, and Section C, Contract Clauses, of the Commercial Item solicitation which incorporates contract clauses in full text for which prospective offerors should read thoroughly. Section C.2, is comprised of Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders for Commercial Item solicitations and resultant contracts. Applicable clauses and Executive Orders for this contract requirement are denoted by an 'X" on the left margin. Section C.3 presents Type of Contract that shall be awarded under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6.
