This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 70US0926Q70092749 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Personnel Screening Canine.  


The Government intends to awad a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanitty Contract to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government based on the criteria outlined in the attached Soliciation. 


Question Submission: All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Specialist at melissa.chabot@usss.dhs.gov and the Contracting Officer Jade Gaston at jade.gaston@usss.dhs.gov no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), July 7, 2026.
