Expression of interest - PR16122610 – Building Automation System (BAS).


The U.S. Government requests companies with the proficiency and financial means and expertise to provide services for building automation and HVAC:


Scope of work includes but is not limited to:


  • Post requires Building Automation System (BAS) replacement and upgrade services. The Contractor shall replace the legacy control system(s) at Post as described in this Statement of Work. The Contractor shall install the new Building Automation System(s) in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner. The Contractor shall also provide inventory, documentation, and reporting services to OBO, the Building Engineer, and Post Facility Maintenance Staff (FMS).
