In making this determination, the FBI will develop a cost-benefit analysis that will consider among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the FBI's requirement, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Please send expressions of interest to: Sharon K. Starkey, Contracting Officer 935 Pennsylvania Avenue,NW, Room 10254 Washington, DC 20535 Telephone: 202-324-0564 Fax: 202-324-0570 Email: Sharon.starkey@ic.fbi.gov Expression of interest must be submitted to the above by 5:00pm est. on April 30, 2010, and must include the following information: ?Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. ?Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. ?ANSI/BOMA Office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA, fully serviced. Include whether expected rental rate included the cost of the required Government parking, if any. ?Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. The FBI's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based on the cost-benefit analysis and in part on the information received in response to this advertisement.
