This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1029 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Contractor will install a new USDA-furnished stainless-steel eyewash and safety shower unit at the designated exterior location between Labs 105 and 107. Work includes installation of all required water supply piping, fittings, valves, and connections, including a thermostatic mixing valve to provide tepid water in accordance with safety standards.
