The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pentagon Directorate, intends to solicit a firm-fixed price purchase order for the procurement of EZ Pass transponders and toll services from PA Turnpike Commission (CAGE: 0G6D5) utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 12, Commercial Products and Services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, PA Turnpike Commission. The authority for restricting competition is FAR 12.102(a) and statutory authority 41 USC 1901, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.



The objective of this requirement is the enabling of US Navy Recruiters with NTAG Pittsburgh unburdened within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in search of future U.S. Navy Sailors. To accomplish their mission in an effective and efficient manner the NTAG Pittsburgh Recruiter requires access to infrastructure owned/operated/managed by PA Turnpike Commission. To utilize PA Turnpike Commission’s infrastructure EZ Pass transponders and accounts are required.
