Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada is issuing this Request for proposal (RFP) forthe Revitalization of Newport’s fishing harbour in the Gaspesia region. The Work includes, without limitation, to the partial demolition of existing wharves and stone protections to allow construction of new Phase-2 wharf and transition from existing structures to new wharf, construction of new timber crib wharf, reuse of stone to create transition between new wharf, boat lift and existing stone protection to be preserved, supply of granular materials, grading and compaction work behind the new wharf to create the service area, civil work for electrical and water supply installation at new wharf..
