The County of Santa Clara is requesting bids from recognized and authorized f5, Inc. Value Added Resellers (VARs) to provide the County of Santa Clara with the f5 Software Support Renewal as stated in this solicitation.
This solicitation will result in a one-time purchase order(s) to the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bidder. The purchase orders will be governed by the County's standard terms and conditions (as attached). Bidders taking exceptions to the County's standard terms and conditions will be deemed non-responsive and their bids will not be considered.
The awarded bidder will need to submit insurance certificate/s in compliance with the County's Insurance Requirements (as attached), 3 days after County's notification of award
This is an all or none bid. Bidders must submit pricing for all bid items listed to be considered responsive.
Bidders must complete and submit all required County documentation, including the Bidder Declarations and Representation forms.
