This requirement is being procured under the provision of Supply Arrangement F5561-142801: Small Vessel Dockings.
The Contractor must: - carry out the drydocking and refit, of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans vessel CCGS Hare Bay in accordance with the Requirement at Annex A. The refit period is scheduled for May 25-June 28, 2023. - carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in Annex A. - There is an optional bidders’ conference and site visit associated with this requirement. Consult Part 2 – Bidder Instructions. - This bid solicitation requires that bids only be submitted through CanadaBuys (SAP Ariba). All bids submitted through other means will neither be accepted nor considered. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
