This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # F6160-210004. Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) is seeking to contract a fishing vessel, at least 65 ft (or larger, a “large fishing vessel”), to conduct scientific research on the Grand Banks of Newfoundland. Research will include deployment and recovery of scientific instrumentation and oceanographic moorings.
This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream of Suppliers (SA holders). This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). There is no security associated with the requirement.
