Description: 1. Summary Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement to fabricate and install new signage to improve accessibility for visitors at Prince Edward Point National Wildlife Area. The work will require: a. Fabrication of signs from print-ready artworks that will be released to those qualified to complete Phase 2. b. Obtaining a permit under the Canada Wildlife Act (CWA). c. Providing all necessary labour, materials, and equipment, and appropriate environmental mitigation measures required to fabricate and install new signs at Prince Edward Point National Wildlife Area, located in Milford, Ontario K0K 2P0. d. Project progress meetings will be required bi-weekly with the Technical Authority, signage consultant, and the Contractor. The specific timing for meetings will be determined in more detail at the “start-up” meeting. e. The project must be completed no later than March 31, 2026. Sign installation must occur between November 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026. 2. Security There are no security requirements associated with this solicitation. 3. Integrity Provisions Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 Integrity Provisions of Standard Instructions 2003. 4. Trade Agreements The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). 5. Social Procurement Environment and Climate Change Canada supports the Government of Canada’s social and economic objectives, including increasing the participation of businesses from under-represented groups in government procurement opportunities. As such, bidders owned or led by Canadians from under-represented groups, such as women, LGBTQ2+ persons, persons with disabilities and persons from visible minorities are encouraged to submit a bid to this opportunity. 6. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. 7. Official Languages Environment and Climate Change Canada provides procurement services in both official languages. Bidders may submit a bid in the official language of their choice. 8.
