Description:
1. Summary
Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement to fabricate new signage to improve accessibility for visitors at Prince Edward Point National Wildlife Area. The work will require:
1. Fabrication of signs from print-ready artworks that will be released to those qualified to complete Phase 2.
2. Providing all necessary labour, materials, and equipment required to fabricate and deliver new signs to Prince Edward Point National Wildlife Area, located in Milford, Ontario K0K 2P0.
Project progress meetings will be required bi-weekly with the Technical Authority, signage consultant, and the Contractor. The specific timing for meetings will be determined in more detail at the “start-up” meeting.
The project must be completed no later than March 31, 2026. Sign delivery must occur prior to March 31, 2026.
2. Security
There are no security requirements associated with this solicitation.
3. Integrity Provisions
Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 Integrity Provisions of Standard Instructions 2003.
4. Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
5. Social Procurement

6. Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
