The objective of this procurement process is to solicit proposals from facility management vendors to demonstrate their ability in providing day-to-day facility management & concierge services for all BDC locations in Canada. The selected facility management vendor will be responsible for assigning resources to BDC to perform services as further defined in section 2 hereinafter.
BDC national portfolio consists of 110 locations as per Appendix “D” and amounts to approximately 640,000 sq.ft. Typically, the size of business centers range between 2,000 sq.ft to 20,000 sq.ft. BDC’s Head Office is located at 5 Place Ville-Marie, Montreal and consists of 7 floors with approximately 190,000 square feet.
BDC will sign a Service Agreement with the selected facility management vendor for a term of three (3) years with the option of two (2) year renewals.
