The Lee's Summit R-7 School District is seeking information from qualified firms regarding cost, methodology and ongoing support associated with providing a Facility Condition Assessment (CFA) for all district facilities.     The Lee's Summit R-7 School District (or the "District") is requiring firms to submit their information electronically. Electronic submissions help eliminate errors, eliminate unnecessary work, and are more friendly to the environment.   The Lee's Summit R-7 School District will not accept information that is submitted via email or fax machine.  
The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all information provided and to waive any formalities or technicalities if deemed in the best interest of the District.
