Construction Management (CM) services that serve as the Owner’s Advisor to provide comprehensive project management, oversight, and coordination for the Western Federal Lands Highway Division Facility remodel project from preconstruction through project closeout. CM shall protect the Government’s interests, ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements, and facilitate successful delivery of the renovation program in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation.
