THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a Sole Source to ENGINEERED COIL CO 6060 Highway Pp High Ridge, Missouri 63049-2909, United States, in accordance with FAR 13.501. This is for Fan Coil Assembly FCA 25 TYPE III RH in support of the USS Makin Island (LHD 8). The proposed contract action is for Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract. This Notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability statements no later than 1:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time, 8 September 2023. Capability statements shall be submitted by e-mail ONLY as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to the following address: contact@example.gov. The email subject line shall state, N00244-23-Q-0297, Fan Coil Assembly FCA 25 TYPE III RH at USS Makin Island (LHD 8). Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
