The Indian Health Service (IHS)  has a requirement for the continued provision of water, sewer, and solid waste (trash) utility services at the Fort Belknap Service Unit, Harlem, Montana.


The required services include the furnishing of potable water, wastewater/sewer services, and routine solid waste collection and disposal necessary to support normal facility operations. Services shall be provided in accordance with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, utility requirements, and established service standards.


The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, containers, utilities, administrative support, and other resources necessary to ensure uninterrupted and reliable service, as applicable to the services being provided. The contractor shall maintain appropriate service levels and respond to service disruptions or other issues in accordance with established utility and/or service procedures.


The Government's objective is to ensure continuous water, sewer, and solid waste services throughout the required period of performance to support ongoing facility operations.
