The contract for FCI El Reno FY26 4th Qtr Milk requires the supply of pasteurized whole milk in two formats: half-pint containers (236.6 ml) in either aseptic packaging or plastic bottles, and five-gallon containers for milk dispensers, all conforming to the definition and standard of identity under 21 CFR §131.110 and produced under conventional agricultural practices.
