The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Loretto, PA intends to issue solicitation 15B0AT27Q20800005 for Quarterly Subsistence, specifically including requirements for Subsistence, Bread, Eggs, and Dairy products. 772 Saint Joseph Street Loretto, PA 15940. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract and reserves the right to make a single or multiple awards. In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) initiative, the award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, using price and past performance as evaluation factors; price will be weighted more heavily than past performance.
The solicitation will be available on or about August 12, 2026, and will be posted exclusively to SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments or updates.
