Pricing will be FOB destination. Delivery required within 30 days of order or may be subject to cancellation and awarded to the vendor that provided the next lowest quote. The solicitation will be available on or about February 12, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov.
