The solicitation is available now and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Vendors should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their offers. The Contracting Officer will verify registration in the SAM database prior to award by entering the potential awardees' DUNS number into the SAM database. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. Individual credit card orders will be issued for all orders under $10,000 and purchase orders will be issued for orders over $10,000. The NAICS code for this solicitation is under 311812. The solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB destination, and firm-fixed price type contract. The Government will award to the responsible vendor(s), whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Each vendor shall carefully read and review each line item offered for bid, paying close attention to the size of the container, description and number of units of issue, etc., requested prior to offering your price. No line item substitutions are accepted. All line items must adhere to the National Specifications for food set forth by Central Office.
