Special Instructions: Home is a 3-bed, 2-bath brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft., shingle roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. It is highly recommended that contractors view the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. The contractor will be responsible for the cleanup and removal of all waste and restoring the yard to mowing conditions. The homeowner will select any/all colors used for the job. The contractor is responsible for all measurements and count of materials needed.
Doors: Remove and replace 2 entry doors: Remove the front entry door with sidelight and frame accordingly; install 1 pre-hung insulated metal door with a half mini blind centered in the opening; insulate around the door; outside, install new smart siding and trim. Trim interior around door with a decorative interior trim. Replace existing Atrium door. Install a new French door approx. 6' Atrium door with full mini blinds. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out, and paint the doors, trim, and siding, etc. The homeowner will choose colors. Install 2 new storm doors on the front and back entry doors, comparable to a Larson.
