Special Instructions: Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1700 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Property Manager- Lacey Dobbs 580-642-6122 Inspector-Colby Raper 580-372-1169 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Plumbing: Remove and replace kitchen sink faucet. Remove and replace both bathrooms sink faucets. Install Delta or comparable faucets/mixing valves. Remove and replace kitchen and bathroom supply lines with shut-off valves and drain lines.
Electrical: Remove and replace both bathrooms heater/exhaust fan. Remove and replace exhaust fan switches and cover plates. Repair all damage due to electrical change outs, to include but not limited to drywall, paint, paneling and etc.
Roofing: Roof is leaking in between awning and existing roof. May need to include 2 bundles of shingles and flashing. Shingles to match existing or close too. Make any and all repairs for proper drainage.
Special Instructions: All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
