Fee Accounting Services

Spartanburg Housing, representing the State of South Carolina, is soliciting proposals under RFP 2026-05 for Fee Accounting Services. The selected contractor will provide professional accounting support, including assessing the accounting department, reviewing affiliate entity reporting and audit requirements, and serving as a professional liaison with HUD and other governmental entities.
