USCIS administers the immigration and nationality laws of the United States. Aliens eligible to apply for benefits under these laws submit their applications and/or petitions to USCIS for processing and adjudication. There are 81 USCIS field offices across the United States that are predominately focused on processing and adjudicating those applications/petitions that require a face-to-face interview with the applicant. This new acquisition seeks to consolidate the current field Records Support Services and Adjudication Support into a performance-based contract that would provide support resources to field offices combining Records, Adjudications and Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) program needs. The clerical support services to be procured include, but are not limited to,: Records Distribution and Maintenance, File Operations and Maintenance, Data Entry, File and Pending Application/Petition Inventory Requirements, FBI Name Checks and Fingerprint Checks, Interview and Oath Ceremony Scheduling, and Production of Naturalization/Citizenship Certificates.
