The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for a Contractor to complete the Fire Safety System Modernization at Joyceville Institution - Medium. The panel modernization includes the replacement of existing Siemens MXL control panels in the Powerhouse, Unit 4, Unit 5, and Root Cellar. The Underwriter Laboratories of Canada (ULC) compatible Simens MXL addressable field detection devices for the panels in Stripe Panel, Unit 3 and the GI Building must be returned to the Works Department at Joyceville Institution.
