FIRE TRUCK BAY HVAC UPGRADE

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community is seeking a licensed Arizona General Contractor for solicitation PW-27-006 to upgrade the HVAC systems in the vehicle bays of Fire Stations 292, 293, and 294. The project involves the demolition and disposal of existing evaporative coolers and the installation of modern HVAC equipment based on design documents from Bolinger Consulting Architects. Key requirements include the submission of as-built drawings and the development of an operational plan to maintain cooling during the transition. Contractors must coordinate roof penetrations with Tremco and Public Works, verify all site dimensions via field measurement, and ensure all staff complete Cultural Sensitivity Training before beginning work on-Community.
