Firing Range Services - Denver, Colorado

The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations Denver Field Office, requires firing range and defensive tactics training services for 115 Special Agents to maintain firearm currency in accordance with ICE Directive 19009.4. The government intends to sole source a firm-fixed-price contract to The Highlands Ranch Law Enforcement Training Foundation, as they are determined to be the only reasonably available source capable of providing the specific defensive tactics and range services required in the Denver, Colorado area.
