The North Dakota Air National Guard intends to award a Firm Fixed Price BPA for a period of five (5) years to the City of Fargo for the use of the Fargo Regional Law Enforcement Trainnig Center (FRLETC) located in close proximity to the 119th Wing in Fargo, ND. The Period of Performance of the BPA will be effective from 1 OCT 2020 to 30 SEPT 2025. See attached Jusitification and Approval document for supporting documentation.
