Project Description: The project includes the following work: Installation of a new Striem OT-1,000 underground oil-water separator serving the University of Washington Fleet Services Car Wash facility. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition of the existing concrete slab within the car wash, removal and replacement of exterior asphalt pavement, installation of new 6-inch sanitary sewer piping, storm drainage improvements including catch basins, installation of the oil-water separator, and associated pavement striping and signage. The work also includes temporary erosion and sediment control measures, temporary dewatering as required, and all associated restoration necessary to complete the improvements.
