The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Fort Worth, Texas, intends to issue a solicitation RFQ51402-0006-9, for the acquisition of General Line Grocery Products for the 4th Quarter of FY 2009, for FCI SEAGOVILLE. THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR FCI SEAGOVILLE, TEXAS, ONLY. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, and FOB Destination. Delivery dates are posted within this solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Seagoville, 2113 North Highway, Seagoville, Texas 75159. The Government reserves the right to make a single or multiple awards. The Government will award to a responsible quoter(s), whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government. ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE LINE ITEM DESCRIPTIONS MAY CAUSE THE QUOTE TO BE DISQUALIFIED. The solicitation will be available on June 4, 2009 and will be solely through the Government Point of Entry, which is www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through this website. This website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of this solicitation. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure you have the most-up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The anticipated receipt of quotes is on Friday, June 19, 2009. All responsible small business sources are encouraged to submit a quote, which will be considered for an award. Faith Based and Community Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts which they are eligible. All interested parties doing business with the Federal Government must register in Central Contractors Register (CCR) database prior to any contracts awards.
