State University of New York - Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY-DHSU”), for itself and on behalf of its component University Hospital at Downstate (“University Hospital” or “UHD”) solicits proposals from qualified food services firms for the operation and management of a comprehensive food services program for its patients, employees, students and visitors. Eligible firms must have significant and verifiable experience providing food services to institutions comparable in scope and size to SUNY-DHSU. Further, eligible firms must have any and all licenses, permits or other authorizations required for the performance and provision of such services, and must, at all times, comply with all applicable rules, regulations and other laws.
