The contract will deliver up to 15 iterations annually of a 16-hour course focused on evasive and defensive driving techniques for high-threat environments, specifically tailored to the AFRICOM theater, with instruction covering left- and right-side driving, automatic and manual transmissions, high- and low-center-of-gravity vehicles, and diverse road conditions. All training must be conducted at a facility located within a 60-minute one-way drive of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, a mandatory pass/fail requirement tied to geographic performance.
