The purpose of this amendment is to:

Incorporate the consolidated Questions and Answers (Q&A) document.

Revise the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to adjust the medical support requirements in paragraph 3.1.1. The original PWS is hereby removed and replaced in its entirety.

Extend the quote submission deadline. The deadline for receipt of quotes is changed FROM: 25 MAY 2026 at 0900 EST TO: 01 JUN 2026 at 0900 EST
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Quoters MUST acknowledge receipt of this amendment in their quote submission email.

Please note: There is a strict geographic performance requirement that the contractor's training facility must be located within a sixty (60) minute one-way drive time of Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under Solicitation Number H9242126QE026 to establish a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a commercial service, solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the RFQ, is determined to represent the best value to the Government based on price and other factors. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
