The contract involves the provision of comprehensive elevator maintenance, inspection, and emergency repair services for hydraulic hybrid and gearless traction MRL elevators at Fort Detrick, Maryland, under a Firm Fixed Price structure with a five-year potential performance period extending from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2031. The work encompasses monthly preventive maintenance and inspections, annual TPQEI inspections and no-load tests, emergency response within 48 hours of notification, and documentation of all repairs and parts used in logbooks and monthly reports submitted by the 10th of each following month.
