Most components are specified to be made from A564 UNS 17400 Type 630 Condition H1100 material. This project is expected to be awarded as a single Firm Fixed-Price contract via an Invitation for Bid process, with an estimated construction cost between 1 million and 5 million dollars. The USACE intends to advertise the contract in November 2026 and award it in December 2026. Requirements for the contractor include CMMC Level 2 certification and a commitment to maximize small business participation. The contractor will be required to propose a work schedule for approval based on specific operational restrictions.
