Bids received after the above specified time for opening shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the sender. Bidders may attend the bid opening in person, but are highly encouraged to join the bid opening via Zoom using the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87122438133?pwd=kX2hfwaSqFL4Ykm9SP6rROz75RH9QR.1.
