This RFP is to procure domestic violence intervention services for families that are at risk of having their children removed from their homes due to abuse and/or neglect as a result of domestic violence. The services will provide counseling, support, safety planning and education to families that are receiving treatment.
To prepare for the upgrade to SIGMA 4, SIGMA Vendor Self-Service (VSS) will be unavailable beginning at 6:00 pm on Thursday, April 18, 2024, through 12:00 pm on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. During this planned downtime, vendors won't have access to SIGMA VSS. This includes, downloading solicitations and related documents as well as uploading proposals and related solicitation responses. The SIGMA VSS Help Desk will be available via telephone at +1 (555) 000-0000 or email at contact@example.gov.
