Dear Quoter,


Enclosed is a solicitation package from the Contracting Office at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, West Virginia. This acquisition is for various dairy products needed for the facility. The package contains all necessary information for submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ) 15B10126Q00000016, which will be evaluated. Please read this document in its entirety to ensure all requirements are understood and met.


When submitting your RFQ, please review and consider all the information provided in this solicitation package. All potential quoters are advised that this solicitation includes the provision 52.204-7 System for Award Management. The Government reserves the right to make a formal award to a single vendor or multiple vendors, based on the best overall value, which will be evaluated on price, delivery time, and past performance.
