The following questions and answers apply to this procurement: Q2) Do the kiosks have to be the specific dimensions as listed? A2) The dimensions shown in the SOW are required. Q3) We have other kiosk with smaller foot prints and are ADA reach compliant that meet all the other required specifications but have different dimensions, is this acceptable? A3) The dimensions shown in the SOW are required. Q4) Color matched to what? Do you have an RAL#? A4) No RAL # has been assigned. A powder coated dark blue color is required. Q5) Please define color coated accent blades? A5) The "accent blades" are a reference to the kiosk side panels. Q6) The part of the spec says 19"LCD monitor, a few lines down "19" SAW Touchscreen with bezel includes USB...." a few more lines down 10" LCD Display (1280 by 1024 -native resolution) then you ask for a Tempered Glass Overlay ( certain UI Options Only). Is this a touch screen? If you're looking for a specific overlay please define with manufacture or the specific characteristic you are seeking. A6) The intended specification is "19 inch SAW touch screen with bezel that includes USB." Reference the revised SOW. Q7) Cardinal Industrial Powder Coat Finish, color #? A7) The SOW will be corrected to read: "Cardinal Industrial Powder Coat Finish or equivalent." Q8) Please define Custom Brackets and Mounts? A8) The SOW will be corrected to read: "Brackets & Mounts to support CPU installation inside kiosk." Q9) The dimensions are very restrictive can we open these up to a range rather than a defined number. A9) The dimensions shown in the SOW are required. All other terms and condition, including the closing date and time of the RFQ, remain the same.
