Full Description

The Department of Education requires the use of the Fiserv Frontier (formerly Check-Free) software for critical financial management operations, and this software must be maintained. Fiserv is the only provider of Fiserv software maintenance. Fiserv does not have authorized resellers or maintenance providers. Therefore, this requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis to Fiserv Federal Systems. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition will be posted within 30 days of contract award. The Statement of Work is attached.
