Pre-Solicitation Notice: M67001-19-Q-0019 The Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base (MCIEAST-MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for modular/systems and furniture removal and installation at various locations aboard Camp Lejeune, NC and its tenant activities. The requirement is for a base period with two (2) option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total estimated Period of Performance is thirty-six (36) months. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the best value to the government. Award will be issued on a firm-fixed purchase order on an all or none basis. This requirement is 100% Small Business set aside, the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238390, Other Building Finishing Contractors, business size standard is $15.0 million. All offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal in accordance with instructions in the solicitation.
