The Information for Bid (IFB) seeks qualified organizations to provide the MHTC and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) with Oil Distributors. The contract shall commence from the executed date of award through three (3) years with up to two (2) one-year renewal option periods or any portion therein. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS Powered by MOVERS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you should notify the buyer of record, Ashten Nichols, five (5) calendar days before the solicitation closing date via email (ashten.nichols@modot.mo.gov). MoDOT will not accept any bid responses via email.
