FY27 Treatment Services: Eastern District of Texas

The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for substance use treatment services to support federal defendants and individuals under supervision, with performance beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2027. The Government retains the unilateral right to extend the agreement for up to four additional one-year periods under Section I, Clause 2-90D. Services required include substance use assessments and individual, group, and family counseling, to be delivered in the Lewisville, Texas catchment area by qualified professionals who meet state licensing standards and use evidence-based, trauma-informed screening tools.
