Fleet Logistics Center, Puget Sound (FLC PS) is soliciting for Mortuary Services in support of Naval Hospital Bremerton to include Navy Region Northwest Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF). Contractor to provide all personnel, supervision, equipment and materials, except those specified as being Government-furnished, to provide mortuary services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance will be a Base year with four (4) one-year Option periods, not to exceed five years total. The area of performance in Washington state shall be within the surrounding area of Naval Hospital Bremerton and throughout Navy Region Northwest. This requirement will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside utilizing the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 812210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 Million. A Firm Fixed Price, Requirements, service type contract, as specified in DFAR 237.7001, is expected to result from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLC PS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website at https://www.neco.navy.mil.
