The Contractor shall provide for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Residential Services (CRS) Emergency Housing program provides care, treatment and rehabilitative services to homeless veterans in the Pacific Region. The services provided to eligible homeless veterans include outreach, case management and housing services.
