The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes.
The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award of a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.

Description:
Contractors should be aware that HUD-VASH is a national program serving Veterans and their families throughout the country. This program continues to expand and has become one of the largest VA interventions to assist homeless Veterans. It represents one of VA s most significant efforts to achieve the President s goal of ending homelessness among Veterans. Contractor will provide case management and housing placement services in accordance with the PWS. Reference the draft PWS for additional details.
Service Area: Marin, Sonoma, Lake, and Mendocino Counties
Estimate Period of Performance: August 16, 2026 August 15, 2031
The Government requests capability statements and comments from interested businesses regarding the requirements described above.
